2012Dilemma.
I am having the hardest time deciding which lens to take to Spain. Or if I want to take both. I want to take both, but I only have so much space and I’ll be carrying it with me all day. I adore my 50mm 1.4. My 28-135 is good and versatile, but lacks the quality of the 50mm. Reason says, “Take the zoom lens!” The idealist says, “Take them both!” and the artistic side says, “Think about how much you love shooting prime!” Argjahgh. I’m leaving Friday. I still haven’t decided. Both? 50mm? Zoom? What do you think? Any suggestions from fellow photographers?

Liv….guess I’d take them both! You’ll regret it when you don’t have it. When you really think about it (50mm) really isn’t that big and you could wrap it well and tuck it in the corner of your luggage. That’s a long time and a lot of great shots to be without it! Hope this helps??
